A
variety of condiments are offered daily. They may include ketchup,
mustard, mayonnaise, barbeque sauce, taco sauce, sweet and sour sauce,
margarine, sour cream, and a variety of salad dressings.
A CHOICE OF MILK IS INCLUDED DAILY WITH BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.
Choices may include whole white milk, 2% white milk, 1% white milk, fat-free
white milk, lactose-free white milk and a variety of 1% flavored milk.

With nutrient standard menu
planning, Offer versus Serve works as follows:
For lunch: At least three menu items must be offered – An
entrée, fluid milk and a side dish. Students must select at
least two of the three menu items, one of which must be the
entrée. If more than three menu items are offered as a meal
unit, students may decline no more than two menu items of the meal unit.
Students can never decline the entrée.
For breakfast: Three menu items must be offered – Fluid
milk and any two foods except a food of minimal nutritional value.
Students must select two menu items and may decline a maximum of one menu
item.
